Cascadian Water filters are reversible, as in that they can have flow left-to-right or right-to-left, just as you need them. To learn how to reverse the filter read on. ## What way does my water flow? Before assembling your wall mounted Cascadian Water filter, you'll need to know where you'd like to install the filter and also which direction the water flows at that location. You can find some tips on how to do this in the [[Installation]] set of articles. ## Finding Flow Direction on Filter Housing Your whole house water filter comes without the wall bracket installed, so it's up to you to determine whether the water will flow left-to-right or right-to-left. ![[Pasted image 20230726153855.png]] Notice that the bracket screw mounting holes are symmetrical and allow you to rotate the housing to have the inlet on either the left or right. Prior to mounting the bracket to the housing be sure that the housing is rotated to the correct orientation to go with your installation location. Every wall mounted Cascadian Water filter will have these markings. If your bracket is already attached, you may look closely into the gap between the white mounting bracket and the blue plastic to see the IN or OUT marking, or use fingers to feel the triangle.
